“Point Break” is most famously known as a 1991 cult classic action film. The story follows Johnny Utah (Keanu ), a rookie FBI agent who goes undercover to infiltrate a group of surfers in Southern California. The believes the “Ex-Presidents,” are group made up of surfers buddies who rob banks while dressed some ex presidents like, Reagan, Nixon, LBJ, and Jimmy Carter. Hence their titles “Ex-Presidents.” The surfers are led by the charismatic Bodhi (Swayze), who views surfing and bank robbery as a way to rebel against the “system” and achieve spiritual transcendence. The film is celebrated for its high-energy action sequences, including a groundbreaking skydiving scene, and the intense, bromance chemistry between Reeves and Swayze.
And it is one of our most favorite films ever made!
